Product features of the Vokey Design Wedges SM9
- A combination of advanced technology and craftsmanship
- The Vokey Design wedges are manufactured with the latest technology and meticulous craftsmanship. The new SM9 wedges are designed to precisely control the height of the trajectory and achieve precise drop-and-stop shots. The profile and the diverse grind variations give players the confidence they need for successful scoring shots.
Grind variants
F Grind
- A versatile grind for full shots and square shots. Ideal for players who prefer a traditional wedge sole. It is also the most played sand wedge on tour.
M Grind
- Bob Vokey's favorite grind, designed for players who like to play with an open and closed clubface around the green. Perfect for flat, sweeping swings and varying shot angles.
S Grind
- This grind cuts the heel off the trailing edge of the sole to glide faster across the turf. It combines high bounce with maneuverability, ideal for players who control the loft angle in all lies.
D Grind
- With a strong cut heel to trailing edge, this grind offers versatility for different shots and forgiveness through a great bounce angle. Recommended for players who swing with a sharp down-swing angle.
L Grind
- The L Grind has the smallest bounce angle and is designed for shots from a variety of conditions off the green. Ideal for tight lies, it enables precise shots and offers the greatest variety of wedge shots.
K-Grind
- A grind with a large bounce angle that is great for bunkers. This wide full-sole wedge with strong camber can be launched smoothly from soft sand or grass
