• The next generation: The Mizuno ST-Z220 driver offers high initial speed, low rotation and excellent straightness. With a 13g weight in the rear center, it ensures a low center of gravity and a high moment of inertia, which reduces wobble at impact and ensures high stability.

Technological features

Forged β-titanium face:

• Made from a special β-titanium alloy (2041Ti) that is approximately 17% stronger and 8% more flexible than conventional titanium alloys (6AI-4V). This enables high initial speed and reduced rotation.

Coretech Face:

• A unique thick face design that maximizes deformation. The thick center section and thinner edges provide high repulsion performance across the entire face.

Square Strike Design:

• Increases the moment of inertia and enlarges the sweet spot, minimizing distance loss on mishits. This facilitates contact between the head and the ball.

WaveTechnology:

• Upon impact, the sole bends, increasing the curvature and increasing the initial speed of the ball.

Harmonic Impact Technology:

• Optimizes sound and feel when hitting. The pitch, volume and sound are adjusted in increments of ten to create a pleasant feel when hitting.
